St. Andrew's Place HOA Expenses Report.
Proxy Form - June 27, 2024
April 2024 - A special meeting has been set for June 27th. You will receive a postcard in the mail with details on the meeting and the ability to submit a proxy vote. The special meeting is about raising dues to $270/year. If the current trend of increasing expenses continues, we will be in a shortfall of funds and will have to start pulling from savings to cover expenses. Work day help offset the cost of hiring companies and keep our funds for improvements.
March 2024 - We need help! We will be trimming trees again around the ponds on April 6, 2024. Please bring any tools (saws, chain saws, cutters, four wheelers, carts, etc.) that may help us make short work of the tree cutting.
March 2024 - Waste Connections offers St. Andrew's place residents a discount neighborhood trash deal for $30.xx per quarter. This is for trash only, but recycling can be added for an additonal fee. When you contact Waste Connections, please tell them you would like the St. Andrew's Place neighborhood deal.

St. Andrew's Place is a covenant community located in Goddard, KS. Our community includes approximately 350 homes and is located North of Kellogg (US-54) and East of 183rd Street West. Goddard, Kansas is a small town located just west of Wichita, Kansas. According to the US Census, Goddard was home to 5,084 residents in 2020 up from 4,344 residents in the 2010 Census. It is truly a great place to live with an average commute time of around 19.5 minutes. The Goddard school district has a nationwide reputation for providing the best in education. Goddard schools rank #12 of 281 districts in Kansas. Children living in St. Andrew's attend Explorer Elementary School (PK-4), Discovery Intermediate School (5-6), Eisenhower Middle School (7-8), and Eisenhower High School (9-12). Holy Spirit Catholic School provides a private-school option that is an easy walk from St. Andrew's Place.
The neighborhood is governed by written covenants that prescribe the responsibilities of each homeowner and is represented by a homeowner’s association (HOA). The Homeowners’ Association is dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety, and stability of the area by promoting neighborliness and pride among our residents.
HOA Board meetings are held the last Thursday of each month @ 7:00pm, unless otherwise notified. All board meetings are completely open to all residents, and we encourage everyone to attend.
The HOA contracts with an association management company to provide association management services and handle the day-to-day affairs of the association. The services provided are:
* Architectural reviews
* Insurance provision
* Coordination of contractors
* Collection of assessments
* Enforcement of Rules and Regulations (Covenants)
* Financial accounting and review
* Invoice and expense payments
* Legal coordination
* Upkeep of dog waste stations
